About The Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Specialists to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversions by explaining product/service benefits persuasively
  • Manage and update leads & interactions in the CRM
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team for continuous improvement
  • Conversions & Revenue: Meet/exceed assigned targets

Requirement


  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Prior inside sales / tele-sales experience (2-4 years preferred)
  • Highly motivated, sales-oriented, and comfortable with targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work 6 days a week from the office in Ahmedabad
