Salary: Up-to 6 LPA

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift timing: 11am - 8pm

Experience: Minimum 3 years (in sales)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound calls, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. The role also involves maintaining customer records, addressing inquiries, fostering customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a goal-oriented and team-based environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in sales or customer-focused roles is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
