We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Jaipur. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, engaging potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored logistics solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and present solutions confidently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in logistics or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
