Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will perform daily tasks such as managing lead generation, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and executing sales strategies. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement process. The specialist will work closely with the sales and support teams to meet business objectives and support organizational growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and drive conversions
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build long-term relationships and resolve client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey offerings clearly and maintain productive client interactions
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in inside sales, education, or career counseling sectors is an advantage
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teams and contribute to organizational success
