Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Surat with partial remote work options. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves liaising with clients to understand their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology is preferred
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
