Responsibilities
- Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and industry trends to personalize outreach.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Identify business opportunities and qualify potential prospects.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the Business Development team.
- Build strong first impressions and maintain engaging conversations with prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive engagement and meeting confirmations.
- Contribute to outreach messaging, scripts, and sales enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, SDR, or Lead Generation roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
- Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in IT services or technology.
- Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
