Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will focus on lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. You will actively identify potential clients, present TredxFinance's financial solutions, address client inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present and promote solutions.
• Ability to build trust with clients and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in the finance or B2B domain is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
