Inside Sales Specialist – GoodFlip: Care Program Sales 

Job location: Bangalore

Our Inside Sales Specialists play a crucial role by helping potential customers understand the benefits of our programs and guiding them toward better health and well-being. 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Specialists to join our team and promote our condition management programs, and other products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Consultative Selling  

Connect with interested leads who have inquired about our programs, understand their health concerns, and educate them on how GoodFlip's condition management programs can help. 

  • Build Trust & Engagement  

Act as a trusted health advisor, providing genuine, empathetic, and informative conversations that help individuals make confident health decisions. 

  • Drive Conversions  

Guide prospects through the enrolment process, addressing their concerns, explaining benefits, and ultimately converting interest into membership. 

  • Follow-up & Relationship Building  

Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture leads and help them take the next step. 

  • Achieve Sales Targets  

Work towards monthly sales and conversion goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and ethical selling practices. 

  • Collaboration  

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to program enrolment. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly and persuasively explain complex health concepts in a way that's easy to understand. (English + Hindi; other languages a plus). 
  • Empathy & Active Listening: You genuinely care about people's health concerns and can connect with them on an emotional level. 
  • Sales & Negotiation Ability: Prior experience in inside sales, consultative selling, or telecalling is a must. Healthcare or wellness sales experience is a huge advantage! 
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven: You're motivated by targets and love a challenge. 
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms for customer engagement. 
  • Healthcare Interest – You don't need to be a doctor, but a passion for healthcare and wellness is essential. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales roles, preferably in healthcare, Insurance (Consultative selling experience is a plus)
  • Nutritionist and any lifestyle coaching experience is a plus.

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Proven experience in lead conversion and consultative sales models. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Lead Squared etc and sales tracking systems. 
  • Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
