Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for the UK & Europe markets through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant solutions.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure steady business growth.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market insights.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in selling to UK/European customers is must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
