Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Bangalore Urban. The role involves driving sales through lead generation, effectively identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Simplilearn courses. Day-to-day tasks include managing and converting leads, maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve satisfaction, and meeting sales performance goals. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in the company's success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal Communication abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on sales targets
  • Prior experience in the education or e-learning sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
