Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Jaipur. The specialist will manage day-to-day responsibilities, including identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to actively seek out new business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction
• Experience in the healthcare or medical imaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
