We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing e-commerce agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients primarily e-commerce brands and online retailers into long-term agency partners. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Lead Generation & Prospecting Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries. Research and identify e-commerce businesses that could benefit from our agency's services (SEO, paid ads, marketplace management, design, development, etc.).
Sales Outreach & Follow-Up Execute structured outreach sequences across multiple channels. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Discovery & Needs Assessment Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect's business model, challenges, goals, and current marketing/technology stack. Tailor pitches accordingly.
Proposal & Pitch Support Work closely with senior account managers and solution architects to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and service packages for prospective clients.
CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Track all communications, pipeline stages, and deal progress.
Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale. Relay client feedback to improve service offerings.
Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs including calls made, demos booked, proposals sent, and revenue closed.
Experience 24 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
E-commerce Knowledge Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Flipkart,Amazon, etc.) and digital marketing services (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing).
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
Sales Skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Familiarity with consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Tech Savviness Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools.
Self-Motivation Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
