Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Pune Division. The specialist will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting inquiries into successful loan applications. Daily responsibilities will also include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering support to address client needs. This role requires close collaboration with both customers and internal teams to meet sales targets and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and building lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the financial services sector will be an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
