The Inside Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new sales opportunities through various lead generation techniques, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable products or services, and building lasting customer relationships. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communication to achieve sales targets and assist in the company's business growth.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their needs are addressed effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to clearly and persuasively articulate product and service offerings.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or technology-related sales is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is preferred.
