Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing individuals to co-own premium cars by purchasing a fraction of the vehicle at a minimum cost of 8.33%. This unique model provides users a seamless and cost-effective way to enjoy luxury cars for occasional and experiential use, with no loans, EMIs, or rentals involved. Co-owners receive 30 days of usage per year for five years, after which the car is sold, and co-owners receive a resale value based on their ownership share. Through the Prorata app, users can reserve dates and benefit from doorstep pickup and drop-off services. The platform is tailored for leisure and lifestyle purposes, rather than daily commutes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Chandigarh. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with potential customers to introduce and explain Prorata's unique car ownership model.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation from linkedin sales navigator
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and industry-related software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
