Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will engage with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, build and maintain client relationships, and address their inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting Prorata's fractional car ownership model, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to meet company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and enhance relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and meet sales targets.
  • Background in technology, app-based platforms, or shared economy services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
