We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to generate business opportunities, engage potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional customer visits may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.
- Reach out to prospective customers to understand their business requirements and introduce company solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in occasional customer meetings and site visits when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Tele Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales environments.
- Exposure to IT, AV, Networking, Technology, or Solution Sales is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM platforms.
