Roles Overview:-
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of Oswaal Books through outbound and inbound channels. The role involves connecting with schools, distributors, teachers, and students to promote and sell educational products.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Reach out to schools, coaching institutes, and distributors via calls and emails
- Promote and sell Oswaal Books academic and competitive exam products
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools or Excel
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / education sales
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in EdTech or publishing industry
- Prior experience dealing with schools or educational institutions
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
