Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Ernakulam. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with prospects and customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will play a vital role in customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM.
Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and articulate the value of our software solutions.
Schedule and support product demos with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to follow up on requests and proposals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales conversion targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver customer proposals and quotations.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent sales support.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
13 years of inside sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or customer sales experience.
Excellent communication skills (English preferred; Malayalam an advantage).
Strong phone presence, listening skills and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient with CRM tools and basic MS Office suite.
Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for technology solutions.
