Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Specialist. The role primarily involves generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, responsibilities encompass maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
