Oliveboard is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day tasks such as generating and managing leads, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will also include nurturing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of Oliveboard's offerings.

• Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and establish client relationships.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and build rapport effectively.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive client experience and long-term retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Relevant experience in sales or customer engagement roles; familiarity with the ed-tech industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
