About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will:
● Drive learner enrollments for AEC-focused upskilling programs (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
● Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
● Understand learner backgrounds, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the right programs
● Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches tailored to different learner personas
● Work on a mix of high-intent leads and outbound outreach
● Own the complete sales journey from first interaction to enrollment
● Provide accurate insights on program structure, outcomes, and career pathways
● Build strong relationships and ensure a seamless learner experience
● Consistently achieve closure-driven targets in a fast-paced environment
Role Highlights

● Compensation range: ₹8-13 LPA (including incentives)
● Incentive earning potential: ₹30K-₹1L+ per month for strong performers
● Top performers can earn ₹1.5L/month+
● Majority of the team consistently meets performance benchmarks

● 1–5 years in B2C sales (high-ticket preferred)
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to build trust with prospects
● Interest in long-term sales career

● Place & Mode: Gurgaon | WFO
● Days: 5 days + alternate Saturdays
● Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
