Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to enterprise prospects (CXOs, HR, L&D, Sales Heads, Business Leaders)
- Introduce NIIT SSE's consultative capability solutions.
- Conduct high-quality discovery conversations (pain, priorities, triggers)
- Qualify prospects based on:
- Business relevance
- Size & scale
- Decision-maker access
- Clearly articulate why a conversation with NIIT SSE is valuable
- Schedule qualified meetings for field sales / solution consultants
- Update CRM
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Call outcomes
- Lead status
- Qualification notes
- Next actions
- Work closely with SSE Sales team-members.
- Participate in Daily/weekly stand-ups
