Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience: Fresher & Maximum 2 Years (1-2 Years Preferred)

Location: Greater Noida

Working Days: 6 Days (Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday, All Sundays)

Office Timings

  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM (Drop Facility Available)
  • Saturday (2nd, 4th & 5th): 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (No Drop Facility)

Job Summary

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to support international B2B growth. Exposure to markets like US, UK, Canada, Singapore, or Australia is a strong plus. Candidates from EdTech or services backgrounds with experience in C-level engagement will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, target, and develop new B2B opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Singapore, Canada, Australia)
  • Execute focused outreach campaigns for educational institutions and enterprise clients
  • Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to expand market presence

Sales & Lead Management

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure

  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and performance metrics in CRM

Client Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and present customized business solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership development

lMarket Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities
  • Share insights with internal teams for service improvement and strategy optimization

Required Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of International B2B Sales experience (EdTech or services industry preferred)
  • Strong experience in email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Proven ability to pitch and close deals with C-level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Proficiency

Hands-on experience with the following tools is essential:

  • CRM & Sales Tools: HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Productivity Tools: MS Office Suite
