Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills who can effectively manage leads from e-commerce platforms, generate new business through strategic outreach, and drive lead conversion to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Manage and respond promptly to leads generated from e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through thorough research and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Outreach: Conduct effective cold calls to potential clients/customers to introduce products/services and identify opportunities.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive lead conversion and ensure the timely closure of sales opportunities to meet targets.

Required Skills

  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with prospects and closing deals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Proven experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Sales Approach: Goal-oriented with a proactive and tenacious sales approach.
