Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be tasked with identifying and generating new business leads, effectively engaging potential clients, and nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, providing exceptional customer service, qualifying leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Prior experience in a sales or client-focused role is a plus
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
