Inbound Sales:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, chats, or web inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Outbound Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to prospective clients to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and schedule appointments or product demos.
- Present and sell products/services to potential customers using persuasive sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to drive sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (inbound, outbound, or both), customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of the industry or product line.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Working conditions:
