Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience in ServiceNow and/or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) solutions selling. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline by engaging with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand business needs
  • Promote and position ServiceNow and Cloud-based solutions to prospective clients
  • Conduct product pitches, demos (in collaboration with presales), and solution discussions
  • Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → conversion
  • Work closely with presales and delivery teams to build customized proposals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Sales
  • Strong exposure to ServiceNow or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and lead conversion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in handling international clients (US/UK/APAC) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling ITSM, ITOM, or Digital Transformation solutions
  • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise IT solutions
  • Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and solution selling
