Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist with strong core sales and counseling sales experience to convert warm leads into paid subscribers. The role requires deep customer empathy, problem-solving ability, and consistent performance in a high-volume calling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily to trial and warm leads
- Maintain minimum 2 hours of productive talk time every day
- Understand customer health concerns, lifestyle issues, and pain points
- Counsel customers and recommend the right yoga, meditation, diet, and nutrition solutions
- Convert free trials into paid subscriptions through need-based selling
- Handle objections confidently and close sales with integrity
- Follow up systematically and manage leads through CRM
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately update call notes, customer insights, and conversion status
- Collaborate with teachers, nutritionists, and support teams for customer success
- Adhere to quality, compliance, and ethical sales standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Counseling Sales experience
- Proven experience in EdTech, Fitness, Wellness, Healthcare, or Subscription-based sales
- Strong experience handling high call volumes (100+ calls/day)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain 2+ hours talk time consistently
- Experience in core sales (closing-focused role) not support or coordination
- Prior startup experience is mandatory
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday
Must be disciplined and effective in a Work From office
