Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Jaipur. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and meet sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is desirable
