Role Description

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Daily tasks include contacting prospective leads, converting them into customers, maintaining records, and acting as a primary point of contact for customer support. The role requires effective communication, proactive follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through tailored support
  • Proficiency in handling client queries and building customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software or similar tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
