Role Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Ed Tech division in a full-time capacity. This on-site position is based in Bengaluru and involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate education technology solutions. Key responsibilities include handling customer interactions, delivering training sessions, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service and support. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client demands and enhance the customer experience is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation to effectively close deals and meet business targets.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service with an emphasis on providing exceptional support and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members to enhance product understanding and usage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to the dynamic demands of the Ed Tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the education technology sector is a strong advantage.
