About the Role
DSRC is expanding its sales team and is seeking a hunter minded Inside Sales Specialist with a strong background in IT services sales. This role is focused on outbound prospecting and new business acquisition across international markets.
Important: We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in IT consulting and services organizations offering services such as application development, digital transformation, testing, or technology advisory.
Profiles with SaaS/product sales or product marketing experience will not be considered.
What You Will Do
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to defined ICPs
- Build pipeline from scratch through structured outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Research target accounts and stakeholders to enable relevant, value-led conversations
- Initiate and lead discovery discussions with senior stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering)
- Qualify opportunities based on business needs, technology landscape, and engagement fit
- Position DSRC's capabilities across IT Consulting, Custom Application Development & Product Engineering, AI & Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure & Management, Software Testing & Quality Engineering.
- Own early-stage sales activities through to qualified opportunity handover
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in HubSpot
- Consistently meet and exceed defined outreach and pipeline targets
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of inside sales / business development experience exclusively within IT services or technology consulting firms similar to DSRC
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and multi-touch sales campaigns
- Strong ability to engage and qualify senior stakeholders in international markets
- Structured, metrics-driven approach to pipeline generation and conversion
- Experience working with US, Canada, UK, or European markets is preferred
- High ownership, resilience, and results-oriented mindset
Explicit Profile Exclusion
- Candidates with primary experience in SaaS sales, product sales, product marketing or account management will not be considered
- Profiles lacking exposure to IT services sales environments will not be shortlisted
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
