Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities and generate leads, foster relationships with prospective customers, manage the sales pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide top-notch customer service to meet sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to build and convert a steady stream of prospects
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and address inquiries effectively
  • Proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction through relationship-building and understanding client needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Any prior experience in the education technology or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
