Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - Inside Sales (International Education)
What we're looking for:-
Career Launcher is seeking a talented individual who possesses the ability to understand prospects, and recommend the right products to drive sales.
Responsibilities:-
Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads
Guide students/parents for GMAT/GRE/SAT and Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching preparation programs
Upselling & cross-selling relevant CL offerings
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting.
Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.
You will be successful if:-
You love connecting with people online/on the phone
Your ability to learn is off the charts, and you are hungry for more
You do not believe in settling; you find ways to improve
You have done some selling in the past and want to learn how to get outstanding in sales
You want to win consistently and find motivation in temporary setbacks
Qualifications:-
Excellent communication (oral and written), conversation, negotiation skills
Empathy as a critical behaviour.
Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
