About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist ROW to join our International Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong consultative sales experience, particularly in the EdTech domain, who have successfully handled high-ticket sales and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international prospects through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative and value-based selling approach.
- Close high-ticket deals ranging from 2 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs.
- Consistently achieve individual revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and trust.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Inside Sales (ROW markets).
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (2L10L).
- Strong exposure to core sales, preferably in EdTech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory
- High ownership mindset with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
Compensation
- CTC: 5.3 LPA 7.3 LPA
- Structure: 75% Fixed + 25% Variable
- Additional performance-based incentives
