Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in the companys products/services.
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development / Lead Generation roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS / IT / Tech sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle cold calling and lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
