Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Mumbai location. In this on-site role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations on water and wastewater management solutions, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include managing client queries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers and represent Jalamrut's commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales strategies
• Knowledge of water and wastewater management industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in sales excel and basic computer applications
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized with excellent time management abilities
• Prior experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is desirable
