Role Description

We are hiring freshers for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi as an Inside Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Generating and qualifying leads

Building strong customer relationships

Communicating with potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels

Explaining company services and solutions

Supporting the sales team in achieving targets

Following up with prospects to convert them into clients

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers only

Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Tech / BCA

Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sales and lead generation (training will be provided)

Ability to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, etc.)

Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
