About the Role
Unique Digital Outreach is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative initiatives in the booming CPaaS industry. This role involves hardcore telecalling combined with strategic digital engagement to generate leads and grow business for cutting-edge communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in CPaaS or related sectors like Insurance and Credit Cards with a strong sales acumen and familiarity with digital outreach techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume telephonic outreach to prospects and clients with a focus on CPaaS digital communication services
- Utilize digital tools and platforms alongside calls to create stronger engagement and conversion opportunities
- Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and schedule product demos for senior sales teams
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on customer feedback and lead quality
- Keep abreast of CPaaS industry trends and product innovation to effectively position offerings
- Address objections, troubleshoot client queries, and close sales effectively
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably in CPaaS, Insurance, or Credit Card sectors
- Strong understanding of digital outreach in sales, with ability to leverage phone, email, and digital platforms
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-target, fast-paced environment with resilience and persistence
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of CPaaS digital products and market trends is a plus
