JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewal & Inside Sales Representative to manage client interactions, ensure seamless ticket processing, collecting product's renewal, up selling of products and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of Ms word and Ms Excel

Good Client relationship and email writing skill

Nearest Metro Station: Sector 15 Metro Station

Working Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
