About Us

Realatic (by Technix Infotech LLP) helps real estate agencies across India run their entire business — leads, WhatsApp, follow-ups, bookings — on one smart CRM. We're growing fast, and you'll be our first dedicated sales hire.

What You'll Do

• Call brokers and agency owners who signed up for Realatic's free plan (they already know us!)
• Book product demos with interested prospects
• Deliver the demo yourself on screen-share — full training and a ready script provided
• Follow up on WhatsApp and manage your pipeline in our own CRM
• Learn directly from the founder and grow into a team lead role as we scale
• Find new prospects

We're Looking For

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Fluent Hindi + working English (our demos happen in Hinglish)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, target-oriented
• Own laptop and quiet workspace (if remote)
