Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and resilient Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with US-based prospects through outbound calling, identifying key decision-makers, and generating qualified meeting opportunities for our sales specialists.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build meaningful conversations with stakeholders across different departments within an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- Research and map organizational structures within target accounts.
- Connect with multiple departments to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Identify and reach key decision-makers such as CTO, CEO, CXO, Managing Director, and Directors.
- Clearly position the company's service offerings and value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/calls with sales specialists.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral/global accent preferred).
- Proven ability to engage US-based clients confidently over calls.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain composure during high call volumes.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (US market preferred).
- Ability to stay consistent and positive while making 150+ calls daily.
- High level of resilience and persistence—does not get discouraged by rejection.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
