Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, promoting company offerings, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience with Account Management to oversee and nurture ongoing client engagements
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Cold Calling
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the technology or education sector is an advantage
