Role Description

The ISR – Pipeline Generation Expert will be responsible for outbound customer engagement, lead generation, opportunity creation, and appointment setting for the sales team. The candidate will interact with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, VP IT, IT Managers, and other technology stakeholders to promote the company's IT solutions and services.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic IT understanding, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, email outreach, and customer engagement activities.
  • Pitch company IT solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions between customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain and manage lead data in CRM or lead management systems.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and sales teams until opportunity closure.
  • Coordinate with existing customers to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Build relationships with IT decision-makers including:
  • CIO
  • CTO
  • CISO
  • VP IT
  • IT Managers
  • IT Heads
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant IT solutions effectively.
  • Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
  • Achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and company offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of IT products, services, and technology concepts.
  • Good presentation and tele-calling skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to grow in sales

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E / B.Tech
  • Graduate in IT-related field
  • Any technical or computer-related educational background preferred

Experience Required

  • Fresher to 2 Years of Experience
