Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth across the Indian and Middle East markets. The role focuses heavily on lead qualification, database analysis, CRM-driven sales execution, and close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using database extraction and analysis for India and Middle East markets.
- Qualify leads rigorously using BANT methodology and ensure alignment with defined Buyer Personas
- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through consistent lead validation and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to leverage technical and marketing content during the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, sales activity reporting, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on company product offerings, industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights.
- Provide actionable feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions and database analytics.
- Conduct regular market research and database reviews to identify new opportunities and trends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or IT products sector.
- Proven success in lead generation, sales execution, and database analysis.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification methodologies, especially BANT.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales tools, and database analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
