Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Strong customer-centric skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management with a focus on client engagement and retention
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the measurement instruments or technology industry is an advantage
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
