Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South for an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Tasks will include cold calling, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and preparing tailored proposals. Demonstrating Lynchpin HR's value proposition and maintaining thorough knowledge of the company's offerings will be key components of this role.

Designation - Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in IT

Industry - IT Hardware Products/Networking/Security

Experience - 2 to 4 years

Salary - up to 6L

Location - Bangalore

Qualifications

  • Sales and Relationship-Building: Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, cold calling, and cultivating lasting customer relationships.
  • Communication and Presentation: Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and influencing buying decisions.
  • Organization and Time Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with sales CRMs and proficiency in using tools to track and analyze customer interactions and sales strategy.
  • Previous sales or customer interaction experience in relevant fields is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in B.tech/B.Sc/ M.Sc, M.tech a related IT field is preferred.
