Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will manage leads, communicate with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth sales workflows. The role also involves preparing proposals, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt response and tailored solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales acumen and experience with CRM tools or software
  • Ability to understand and articulate home renovation services, solutions, and pricing
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage leads and sales pipelines effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or relevant business productivity tools
  • Prior experience in real estate, interior design, or renovation industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
