Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist / Inside Sales Manager
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Inside Sales professional who can convert inbound interest into active, paying customers.
All leads come from our website, either through demo bookings or direct sign-ups. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these prospects, understand their business needs, and convert them into active users on our platform.
This is a revenue-focused role with direct impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Lead Conversion
Connect with leads who book demo/consultation slots
Reach out to users who sign up but have not yet started using the platform
Understand customer requirements and business operations
Present the platform clearly and handle objections effectively
Drive onboarding and first transaction activation
2. Lead Ownership & Activation
Take complete ownership of assigned inbound leads
Maintain structured and consistent follow-ups
Identify and resolve barriers preventing activation
Ensure faster movement from sign-up to active usage
3. Performance & Pipeline Management
Contribute towards achieving monthly conversion and revenue objectives
Monitor pipeline movement and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records of lead status and interactions
Continuously work on improving overall customer conversion effectiveness
Candidate Profile
12 years of experience in:
Courier companies, OR
Courier aggregators
Strong persuasion and closing skills
Good communication skills (preferably in Hindi and English)
High ownership mindset and disciplined follow-up approach
Target-oriented and growth-driven
Understanding of D2C / online seller business model would be a plus
This role is ideal for someone who understands the courier ecosystem and wants to directly contribute to revenue growth in a fast-growing environment.
